SERIAL 3229. BARREL 3.5". CALIBER .38 CF. Medium frame single action spur trigger, 5-shot made 1870-80's. Barrel has rib with scoop flutes and gutta percha grips in nickel finish with case color hammer. This is the earliest production. Barrel is stamped Hopkins & Allen. Condition. Retains about 75% nickel finish. Grips are excellent. Bore is excellent. Indexes and locks up tight. ANTIQUE
